Digital products such as CD Keys, Gift Cards, Time Cards, Game Points, Pre-paid Cards, Trial/Beta/Item Codes, Game Keys, and Direct Top-Up are once delivered.
Products delivered to incorrect user accounts or platforms due to customer error.
3. Refund Eligibility
